ASA has a similar structure to ABS, but because it uses an acrylic rubber phase instead of butadiene, it is much more resistant to UV and weathering. Its color stability, external insulation resistance, and low yellowing resistance make it a preferred choice for outdoor applications (roof profiles, facade systems, automotive exterior trim).
